Ordered 2 magnetic pouches (1 as a gift for friend) but there were a few issues with the shipment. Dropped a message with support and Alex got back within a few hours with updates on what was happening (shipment issue, no delays from Alex's side). Once the product arrived, he reached out again to make sure everything was good.
The pouch holds my fully filled 45oz blender bottle, phone, towel and keys nicely. Now I no longer have to bend down in between gym sets to reach for my phone. My friend who I got it as a gift for also shares the same sentiments. Definitely recommended for any regular gym goers.
Well, I saw the Magnetic Pouch online and bought one. I received a Pouch and there was a problem with the magnets in it- it wasn’t strong enough- and I contacted the the inventor of it. this is where I met Alex, he was so helpful and without asking for a 100% refund. It doesn’t stop there Alex contacted me and had the problem fixed and sent me a brand new pouch that was redesigned with more magnets in it- I could not be happier with the pouch and more so- Alex is just such a amazing human for sending me another one- He didn’t have too, but he did!
